Is it possible to win your ex back?

We’ve been together for almost 5 years, though we broke up for over 3 months last year, and decided to get back together, until last month we broke it off again [mostly my fault] What can I do to try and win him back w/o pushing him further away?! My grandmother told me to end all communication with him, and be avasive?! You think that will help?!? Your answers, and advice are geatly appreciated!!

Well, he is an ex for a reason!! Even if you do get him back chances are things will come up front the past that will cause arguments and lead to a break up once again. So, why would you want that??

Girl i have been trying to get my ex wife back for two months. good luck with yours. do not break of communication that will only make it worse. you need to talk to find out what the problems are and try to correct them.

It is possible to win an ex back but very unlikely. If you have already broke up twice then things are not looking good for you and him. Something just isn’t working.
Trust me this will only end in heartbreak.. if he still loved you then he would be with you. trying to get you back. My advice is just learn to live with the fact its over. It will be hard (trust me i know) but cutting all communication with him will help you two either realise that you are meant to be together or help you move on.
My advice.. its over.. let it go and learn to be happy again

I wish you the best of luck. I tried to get back with my ex through the entire divorce process and now we have been divorced since May.
I can only recommend that you talk to him and tell him that you want it to work out between you. If he is willing you both will need to attend counseling together.
Do you understand the reasons for the split and the divorce start making up a list and go from there. I recommend that if he does not seem interester then you should be ready to move on.
I wish you the best of luck and hope you had better luck than I did. I still miss my ex-wife and still wish that we could get back together.
