When a woman rejects you, get your arse down to the gym and work out seriously hard three times a week for 3 months, minimise your contact with her during this period, do not chase, man up and she WILL come crawling back. If it was just random and out of the blue you may need counseling ! Let the dust settle after you make a sincere apology . She is hurt and needs time to heal .
