I would suggest that you let her make any kind of first move. If she is willing to hang out with you then she probably does like you for more than a friend but don’t push it.

First of all, think of your reasons for breaking up with her, in the first place. Then think of her feelings. YOU broke up with HER. She’s afraid you’ll hurt her, again.
No, don’t lean over and kiss her, if you’re watching movie, together. Let this continue as just a friendship, out of respect for her feelings. Prove to her that you do enjoy being with her. You’ll win her over better that way. And you’ll learn whether you really do want her back.

You have to give her more time. Show her that you really do want to get back with her and show her that you would never hurt her anymore than she has already been.
