Can I deport my ex wife who came here to the USA illegally?

My ex wife is using the “law” “family court” to **** money out of me. The thing is that she came here illegally and I want to know if I can try to get her deported? I means she loves the “law” so why not see how lawful she has been. Even though now she may have the papers I heard that she still is here illegally because she would have had to go back to her country of origin and redo her status.

You can deport her but it still won’t change the fact that you will pay because family court does not care about immigration so in order to do that you’ll have to report her to immigration. Also if you are talking about child support you are going to loose your kid as well so I would think twice.

You might be able to get a court to order her to leave the country. But that has no teeth. The government will not forcefully deport her, unless she is from a neighboring country or is important.

I think your probably screwed in this situation, I would just take it as a lesson learned not to deal with people that have low morals, such as those that would illegally immigrate to another nation.

change your bank account, or put your money in a safe place, and deport the ex, call up Immigrantion services and explain that she is here, and you believe she should not be, have them check up on her

you were an idiot for marrying her. id never marry a criminal illegal, its obvious that all they want many times out of marrying a citzen is a green card and $$. reporting her to immigration is the last sensible thing you could do here

you cannot deport her – ICE does that.
but you can report her to the police for criminal harrassement
do you pay any support for the kids? if yes then go to court and get a legal judgement on how much you must pay then dont pay her any more than the set amount.
if she wants more she has to go to court and try and get a judge to up the amount – if you honestly cant pay it then her request (demand) should be denied.
Do NOT live above your income, dont get into debt and dont buy expensive things.
